(1) In order to protect the rights and interests of the youth, any association or organization related to the youth registered according to the prevailing law should submit an application to the council with the following details:-
(a) Name of association or organization,
(b) the purpose of the association or organization,
(c) period of renewal of association or organization,
(d) Name and address of the members of the working committee of the association or organization.
(2) When making an application according to sub-section (1), the statutes of the related association or organization should also be attached.
(3) Upon examination of the documents with the application received according to sub-section (1) or (2), if it is found appropriate to grant such association or organization membership with the Council according to the petitioner's demand, the Council shall grant such association or organization membership with the Council after taking the prescribed fee.
(4) According to sub-section (3), if the youth-related association or organization that is affiliated to the council wants to maintain its membership, it must submit and renew the prescribed fee to the council every five years.
(5) According to sub-section (3), the youth-related association or organization affiliated with the council shall submit the annual report of the work done throughout the year to the council within three months after the end of the financial year.
(6) Renewal of membership of youth-related association or organization, cancellation of membership and other related provisions shall be as prescribed.
